julia> using RobotOS

julia> Base.compilecache("RobotOS")
```
I Get
```
INFO: Recompiling stale cache file /home/mavs/.julia/lib/v0.6/RobotOS.ji for module RobotOS.
WARNING: Module PyCall with uuid 1033896533165 is missing from the cache.
This may mean module PyCall does not support precompilation but is imported by a module that does.
ERROR: LoadError: Declaring __precompile__(false) is not allowed in files that are being precompiled.

But if I remove the cache, the error goes away:
```
mavs@febbo-HP-ZBook-17-G2:~$ rm -rf /home/mavs/.julia/.cache
mavs@febbo-HP-ZBook-17-G2:~$ julia
julia> Base.compilecache("RobotOS")
INFO: Precompiling module RobotOS.
"/home/mavs/.julia/lib/v0.6/RobotOS.ji"
```

Any thoughts? I would like to avoid having to remove the cache all of the time. It is troublesome for users.

Thanks!
