The "3D Graph vs Heatmap" web page does not load properly

Description
When I open the following "3D Graph vs Heatmap" page, the page keeps reloading and never completes loading.
* https://featured.plutojl.org/plot/heatmap.html
The same happens when I start Pluto and open this page from the Featured Notebooks section.
This phenomenon was confirmed with the following browsers.
* Chrome 119.0.6045.123
* Firefox 119.0.1
The following screenshot shows the error log just before the web page was reloaded.
