Description
- [ ] Add a `README.md` file telling people how to reproduce the results
- [ ] Add `Project.toml` and `Manifest.toml` files for Julia (and list the Julia version used for this stuff in the `README.md`)
- [ ] Try to do something similar for Python (or not, I don't have a strong opinion on this part)
