Description
I have tested this locally with a combination of `mpich` to get a `mpiexec` that would setup a PMI environment,
and `libpmi` from https://github.com/flux-framework/flux-core. Before I package the latter up as a Yggdrasil I should ask the question where folks normally get there `libpmi` from.
