dreadtable not defined

Description
I have just started trying to use the Blocks package, but the dreadtable method isn't defined after
using Blocks
using DataFrames
as in the tutorials / documents
I have looked at Blocks.jl and under "#sub modules" the include statement for dataframe_blocks.jl is commented out. I have tried removing the '#' but an error is just raised when trying "using Blocks" after this....
Any help please!?
ps. I am using Julia 0.3.4
