i387 asm does not compile under djgpp

-fPIC ignored (not supported for DJGPP)
s_cos.S: Assembler messages:
s_cos.S:10: Error: invalid character '(' in mnemonic
s_cos.S:27: Error: invalid character '(' in mnemonic

I traced the problem to the file bsd_asm.h. Trying to fix it did not help. There is a problem with ENTRY() and END() macro definitions.
