Derivative of the generalised zeta function

This behaviour seems missing. Being able to compute derivatives of the zeta function with respect to both `s` and `a`, like is given in Python's [mpmath](https://github.com/mpmath/mpmath/blob/master/mpmath/functions/zeta.py) package, would be useful for me.
