Linking to Bessels.jl?

I think we are building towards a Julia native Special Function ecosystem with this + Bessels.jl. Should we put links between these packages somewhere at the bottom of each other's readmes? Should we give the ecosystem a name and have a shared documentation / mission statement somewhere?

Start by reviewing the Gamma.jl README and the Bessels.jl README, then inspect how either project links to related packages. The issue is not yet specific about where links, an ecosystem name, or shared documentation should live; done would require an agreed documentation plan and corresponding README or mission-statement updates.
