`Pickle` dependencies needs an update

Description
As mentioned here https://github.com/chengchingwen/Pickle.jl/issues/42 it would be nice if Pickle updated it's dependencies to allow the new StridedViews. This makes MLDatasets 0.7 incompatible with TensorOperations which my new package depends upon.
