Description
There are several cases that we need this:
- docs bug fixes: https://github.com/JuliaMath/FixedPointNumbers.jl/pull/229
- a new change is provided in sub-packages, but not yet available in registered versions: https://github.com/JuliaImages/juliaimages.github.io/pull/61
Although it can be alleviated a lot, this need still exists even if we move the documentation back to each sub-packages.
I'll revisit this when the docs are moved back to each sub-packages.
