Here's an initial list of functions in the ImageFiltering API that may be good candidates for this package.

Some of these may be worth renaming (e.g. imfilter -> spatialfilter). Other functions that may be useful:

I'm open to suggestions/criticisms/etc on this. Just trying to get this started.
