Description
The edge types in Graphs.jl are directed but used for undirected graphs too, in sometimes incoherent ways. Should there be an undirected edge acting like a set? And if so, should the syntax change, eg. other_endpoint(e,u)?

Research direction
Start by reviewing the existing directed edge types in Graphs.jl and how they are used for undirected graphs. Determine whether an undirected edge should behave like a set and whether the endpoint-query syntax should change. Done requires an agreed API design and corresponding implementation and tests, but the issue does not name specific files or tests.
