Description

Functions with unitful variables need oneunit instead of one.

#826 is a first step but it needs more tests, and I'm not sure the Dates stdlib will be enough

Research direction

Start by reviewing issue #826 and the existing tests for functions using unitful variables; check whether the Dates standard library covers the needed cases. Compare the behavior with the related MeshIntegrals.jl issue. Done means adding coverage for Unitful compatibility and ensuring these functions use oneunit rather than one.
