Description

I get an error that the method:

ERROR: LoadError: MethodError: no method matching (::ChainRulesCore.ProjectTo{Float64, NamedTuple{(), Tuple{}}})(::Tuple{Float64})

is not defined when using Zygote, but I think this should be implemented?

Research direction

Start by reproducing the reported call through Zygote and inspect how ChainRulesCore.ProjectTo dispatches for a Tuple{Float64}. Determine the expected projection semantics before deciding whether this method should exist. Done means the behavior is resolved and covered by regression testing, or the incompatibility is documented.
