Description
Hello!
I was wondering if there was an easy (i.e. an example somewhere in the tutorials) way to subset a cube using a shapefile or something similar (e.h. irregular polygon)? I have looked but haven't found something that can be easily reused. For a bounding box, it is easy of course with the nice syntax that YAXArrays and DimensionalData.
Thanks for any help!

Research direction
Start by reviewing the tutorials and the existing YAXArrays and DimensionalData bounding-box subsetting examples. Determine whether a shapefile or irregular-polygon workflow already exists; completion would require a clearly defined reusable approach or tutorial example for spatially subsetting a cube.
