Cleanup files after error in mapCube function

Description
Currently, when the savecube function fails for some reason, it can still create the dimension folder and the parent folder.
This leads to the generation of broken zarr data.
I would expect that the savecube function would cleanup after an error, so that it wouldn't construct corrupted zarr files.
