Description

When I am computing the pyramid of aggregated rqa results per orbit I get an unexpected chunking of (1:3750, 1:3750) and not a chunking of 1:1024 which I would have expected for the second level of the pyramid .

The strangest thing is, that I get the 1:1024 chunking for the first and third level.

Research direction

Start by reproducing the pyramid of aggregated RQA results per orbit and compare chunking at all three levels, focusing on why the second level yields (1:3750, 1:3750) instead of 1:1024. Trace the pyramid aggregation and chunking entry points; done when the second level produces the expected chunking without regressing the first or third levels.
