Description
The MovingWindow type is not reexported in EarthDataLab and therefore it fails with MovingWindow not defined error.
We need to discuss what we are reexporting from YAXArrays in EarthDataLab, or whether we say, you just have to load YAXArrays from the user side.

Research direction
Inspect EarthDataLab's exports and how it reexports YAXArrays, then compare the MovingWindow definition and export in YAXArrays. Done requires deciding and documenting whether EarthDataLab should reexport MovingWindow or require users to load YAXArrays themselves, then confirming the chosen usage no longer produces a MovingWindow-not-defined error.
