Research direction

Start at the StringArray implementation and review the completed permute! optimization as the existing reference point. Then investigate the unchecked sort! and getindex with AbstractArray index items. Done means both listed methods support the intermediate WeakRefString{UInt8} representation with behavior matching the existing methods.
