Description
When a table does not have nrow or ncol defined I we can add a description in their docstring what they should return. nothing seems a reasonable value.

Research direction
Read the existing nrow and ncol docstrings in the DataAPI.jl source. Clarify what each should return when the table does not define the corresponding value, using nothing if that is the intended convention; the docstrings should state the resulting behavior.
