Description

Does it make sense to add a delete!(::MultiDict, k, v) function where you can delete a specific key=>value pair?

Similar to the existing insert(::MultiDict, k, v) which inserts a specific key/value pair.

I was expecting this, and was surprised it's not offered.

Research direction

Start by locating the MultiDict implementation and the existing insert(::MultiDict, k, v) method. Compare its behavior with existing delete! methods, then add focused tests showing deletion of one specific key/value pair and confirming the expected result.
