Description

A Fibonacci heap is a data structure for priority queue operations, consisting of a collection of heap-ordered trees. It has a better amortized running time than many other priority queue data structures including the binary heap and binomial heap.
So ,should we include Fibonacci Heap in this package?

Research direction

The issue names no file, entry point, or test. First review how DataStructures.jl currently exposes binary and binomial heaps and confirm whether a Fibonacci heap fits the package's scope; then agree on the public API, implementation scope, and tests that would define completion.
