inconsistent `view` behaviours between StaticArrays and stdlib arrays when expanding dimensions

Description
I don't really see any specification about how view behaves when indices are more than the current dimensions, but arrays from stdlib work fine with this case.
view(rand(3, 3), :, :, :) # return 3x3x1 array
view(view([1], :, :), :, :, :) # return 1x1x1 array
view(transpose([1;;]), :, :, :) # return 1x1x1 array
view(@SMatrix([1]), :, :, :) # ERROR: BoundsError: attempt to access Tuple{} at index [1]
