Description
Hi,
This is not really an issue...
I was wondering if you can improve the tutorial by using more idiomatic ApproxFun.
On a side note, if you execute the code, you will find. that the nonlinear system has difficulties to be solved near the second fold and I dont get why.
Doing so would provide an analog of followPath (chebfun).

Research direction
Start with the linked BifurcationKit tutorial section, focusing on its Temperature model with ApproxFun. Compare the tutorial's usage with idiomatic ApproxFun, then investigate the nonlinear solver behavior near the second fold and the requested followPath analogy; done means the tutorial is improved and these concerns are addressed or clearly explained.
