Research direction

No file or test is named; start by reviewing the existing measure implementations and the project’s conventions for adding metrics. Implement D2 with the Tweedie power supplied by the user and add Lin’s Concordance Correlation Coefficient, then verify both measures against their definitions and existing project tests.
