For the site: These tutorials are primarily intended to help data scientists new to Julia familiarise themselves with various software interfaces. It is not attempt to teach fundamental data science principles or intented to represent best data science practice. Responsibility for content lies with the authors. For the repo Authors are responsible for the content of the tutorials they submit and must be happy to have their GitHub handle published along with their tutorial. (edited)
