Description

Removal of entities is a missing operation.

Adding support for this will require adding a reference count for each entity, which holds how many times it is referenced as an internal class from some property. This counter is updated whenever properties of the internal class reference type added or updated, where the latter involves updating two counters.

Research direction

Start by tracing the existing entity and property update paths in the Rust Substrate module, especially internal class reference handling. Implement entity removal with a reference count per entity, updating counts when reference-type properties are added or changed; done means removal and both counter updates are supported consistently.
