Description
# Background
The `project_token` pallet is currently only usable through the content pallet as a CRT backend, and it has no integration tests. This is not only needed for deployment in a future release as part of Atlas feature set, but also to detect problems that would trip up QN support for CRT.
# Proposal
Lets start by just having a plan that describes all scenarios that need to be tested for CRTs.
