# Proposal

A new proposal for council to update this. Possibly should be a new runtime level proposal to allow separate general proposal parameters, but obviously has not on-chain side-effect. I suggest first version of this does not use native storage, just to lower bar, but has a metadata standard which commits to both URL + content hash. All of the work here will be on QN+Pioneer side. QN support is so trivial here that I am going to make this issue placeholder for that also.
