Description
- When candidacy is withdrawn successfully it is still shown on the list of candidates
- If the new election started, but previous was not voted. I see candidates from prev election, but can't withdraw them(see screenshot attached)
- I'm able to announce candidacies from one membership several times as many times as my accounts count (not sure whether it's bug)
