Giza: Distributor node initial tests & benchmarks summary

There were some initial distributor node tests & benchmarks performed against AWS setup with storage node and distributor node beeing considerably far away from each other (us -> eu) allowing to better analyze the data flow and potential bottlenecks.

The tests lead to some interesting conclusions and allowed to spot some issues in both distributor and storage node.

Scope:

• prepare a write-up with the summary of the performed tests and benchmarks and the conclusions
• try to reproduce some of the benchmarks using a common http benchmarking tool (wrk) to get a clearer picture of how given configuration affects node performance outside of the browser environment
