This video https://play.joystream.org/video/3014 play from HK (Windows\Chrome and Mac\Safari), but not play from some devices from Russia (Windows\Chrome)
BTW
For some videos, icons are displayed on some devices and not displayed on others. It sometimes misleads content curators.
This is likely due to the limitations of the image host.
