Design: Multilingual

We are increasingly receiving attention from a diverse audience which does not prefer to read English, as a result, we are going to make our website work better across multiple languages. To this end, we would like to introduce some indication to the user that the site comes in multiple languages, which language they are currently viewing it in, and and indication that they can change the language. We will very likely attempt to detect what language the user most likely prefers, and select that by default. We expect to support anywhere from 2-15 languages.
