Epic to encapsulate the set of user stories aimed on introducing new members to the concepts and limitations of Web3 and Tech Arch:
* External Wallet Concept and profile association
* Signing all transactions with the wallet (publish video, mint NFT, put asset to auction)
* Browser storing local user content (likes. reactions, notifications)
