Cleanup Project Presentation

Decide on a new name for the project; FMCB is usable, but the project is shifting towards a much more modular approach, so Factorio and MC might not end up being the only subsystems possible. This could be a different acronym (IGCT, Inter-Game Communication Server, was an idea I had) or a more friendly name relating to the project (Wormhole or something similar might be interesting).
Create a logo for the project, this doesn't need to be final, but it should look ok, and if possible, relate to the name.
Beautify the README; This means rewriting everything so far to reflect the eventual goal, and our current 1.0.0 goal (just Factorio + MC), adding the logo, improving the text formatting, and adding extra text sections referencing external resources (the wiki home page, 1.12 forge docs, etc).
