Settings File Changes

- [ ] Each setting in the setting's file should be at same indentation level and `settings.rs` should pack the data into the correct structure. This will make it easier to edit settings.
- [ ] The default values provided should be more granular than "either you provide all of the settings or we use the defaults." The user should be able to omit certain ones they want to use the default for. This file then becomes a default settings override file.
