Research using integer values in Python expected output

This may not be possible, as we would have to parse the string returned back from Python. We don't want to rely on `lenient_parse` to parse a string for testing `lenient_parse`, and the gleam stdlib `int.parse` may not parse the string returned from Python, so this might not be achievable or achievable in a clean way.
