Description
Parent: #1
Task ID: `PROGRAMME.T08`
## Proposed implementation
Add encrypted portability, remote/home execution, collaboration, mobile and SDK distribution, then qualify browser compatibility, updates, recovery, accessibility and support across the declared matrix.
## Done when
P6/P7 release evidence shows cross-device operation preserves source rights and single-authority transactions while update failure remains recoverable without AI.
## Guardrail
Do not transfer credentials/blanket approvals as ordinary synced workspace data or market untested device parity.
## Prerequisites
`PROGRAMME.T05`, `PROGRAMME.T06`, `PROGRAMME.T07`
Review: pending · Implementation: not started.

Research direction
Start with parent issue #1 and prerequisites PROGRAMME.T05, PROGRAMME.T06, and PROGRAMME.T07 to define the device-mesh scope and declared compatibility matrix. Review the P6/P7 release evidence requirements; done means cross-device operation preserves source rights and single-authority transactions, while update failure remains recoverable without AI and credentials are not synced as ordinary workspace data.
