Description

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
As can be seen in [this repository](https://github.com/sdesbure/docker_yamllint) there are build badges that show repository browsers the status of various elements of the Docker build process. It would be useful to see them added to the repository as they quickly show people viewing the repository the state of the project in a visual manner.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
Following the instructions here at [microbadger](https://microbadger.com/labels) we can see how easy it can be to setup access to the repository, before adding the badges in our general readme.md.

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
There are other options such as [shields.io](https://shields.io/#/) that I haven't vetted, but know exist. Maybe there are better options for solving this.
