Monolith doesn't get installed by build script

[/u/Junesiphone](https://www.reddit.com/r/jailbreak/comments/4co5s9/tutorial_build_your_first_monolith_tweak_in_30/d1jzcqk) and [/u/fewjative](https://www.reddit.com/r/jailbreak/comments/4co5s9/tutorial_build_your_first_monolith_tweak_in_30/d1k39wg) report that Monolith won't install when Cydia gets launched by the build script.

Couple of options:
- Bundle the most current Monolith package with this repo, transfer it to the device, and install it. Caveat: Doesn't get added to Cydia, so users won't get latest updates It's going to be a pain to keep updating the .deb files in the repo.
- Auto-add the Delta repo and install Monolith through `apt-get`. Issue: How do I add the Delta repo automatically?
