Menes and other C++ classes transition

Since one of the the aims of this project is to transition from old Objective-C and C++ to modern Objective-C, we should begin with either removing or transitioning classes written in C++ to Objective-C.

There are somethings which will have to remain C++ until we can actually do something about it (mainly APT), but other things we can most likely transition.

Note that with `Menes`, I'm not sure if the C++ classes have anything to do with the javascript file also named "menes".
