Allow external patch sources

I think this is a request which will be rejected - but at least i try it.

Maybe you first think:
it's only for patches which are not allowed on the official cloud. - Maybe you're right.
But on this point i bet there will always be cracked versions wich also include the famous "uploaded on servercracker".
And i bet if you allow unmoderated and/or greyzone sources to be added (maybe with a disclaimer and warnings) there will be less users who use the cracked Flex version and buy it from cydia.

But there are also other reasons to allow external patch sources/repos like private patches or patches for smaller communities.
