Add ability to batch set overrides

Not sure how it would be implemented. Possibly provide check boxes against chosen units. Select by check box and then choose override value to apply to all. Would need to have some way of preventing selection of different value types I guess.
For example, when wanting to set multiple bool override values to false. User could mark units to override and then apply "False" as the override to all.
