Timer issue

While in the middle of a Scrum session, marking someone absent, or present will update the time available to subsequent participants.

e.g. if there are 12 participants with two absent in a 15 minute meeting, they will start off with 90 seconds each. if one is marked preset, (now 11 active) the remainder will have 81 seconds each instead of 90.

**Advantage of not fixing:** meeting still takes 15 minutes.

Fixing this issue makes sure that people have the same time as everyone else.
