Description
Attempting to sign in. Forgotten password. Follow the recovery process. A new password is issued. When used to sign in there is a problem. The process is faulty and doesn't accept the new password. The initial sign in screen reappears everytime. Since you are so rigid about how an initial submission is formatted it is a little bit of a shot in the foot when your own portal doesn't function.
