Description

On https://jmlr.csail.mit.edu/tmlr/faq.html, https://jmlr.csail.mit.edu/tmlr/ae-guide.html, and anywhere else that mentions the 12-page limit for the 9-week review target, it would be helpful to say explicitly whether references count towards the 12 pages.
