Description
The Packages Explorer already has a dependencies node to show a package's dependencies. We also need to somehow show reverse dependencies - packages (or code?) that are dependent on the selected package. How this is presented is up for grabs - in the tooltip, in a tree view in a tool window, in a project hierarchy view?
