Description
Decorate or replace `IPsiSourceFileProperties` to e.g. disable code model or building of PSIs.
Also, document `IProjectPsiModuleProviderFilter` and `IPsiModuleDecorator` which allow for replacing/decorating the whole of `IProjectPsiModuleHandler` or just decorating module references and source files.
