Allow built-in tools to be disabled

Some built-in MCP tools conflict with functionality from other tools (for example I want Claude code to use its native file edit capabilities instead of the IntelliJ ones). Please allow some type of configuration for which built-in tools are loaded, so some can be disabled. Some options would be to include an allow/block tool list via regex on name for automated config, and a checkbox next to each built-in tool for manual UI config. Thanks for considering this request!
