Add a dynamic chart update

Please release native support of plotting data in realtime. Unfortunately, a [trick](https://github.com/alshan/lets-plot-mini-apps/issues/2) which is discussed here is just a workaround with significant efforts .

As @alshan mentioned "Lets-Plot itself doesn't support incremental updates at the moment" but I suppose some kind of a good workaround could be included to the ets-plot-kotlin lib.
